随(sui)着我国(guo)经(jing)济的快速发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)和因此而(er)引(yin)起(qi)的环境(jing)问题加剧(ju),大力发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)已(yi)经(jing)是未来经(jing)济发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的重要(yao)方(fang)向,为(wei)了从根本上要(yao)缓解能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)危机,解决雾霾污染(ran)和生态环境(jing)问题。新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)已(yi)经(jing)成(cheng)为(wei)今后世界上的主(zhu)要(yao)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)之一,国(guo)家“十三五”规划(hua)(hua)(hua)把(ba)发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)提到了较(jiao)高(gao)的高(gao)度。按(an)照《国(guo)民经(jing)济和社(she)会发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)第十三个五年(nian)规划(hua)(hua)(hua)纲要(yao)》、《能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)“十三五”规划(hua)(hua)(hua)》的要(yao)求,增(zeng)强能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)自主(zhu)保障能(neng)(neng)力,提升能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)利用(yong)效率,优化能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)结构。明确 2016 年(nian)至 2020 年(nian)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)新(xin)技术(shu)研(yan)究及应用(yong)的发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)目标。
